Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging
  • The product must be in the same condition that you received it
  • The product must not have been opened or tampered with (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Due to the nature of food supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty or defective.

How to Return

To initiate a return:

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the product to the address provided
  5. Retain proof of postage until your refund is processed

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless:

  • The product is faulty or defective
  • We sent you the wrong item
  • The product does not match its description

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Faulty or Defective Products

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or payment provider again
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or used (unless faulty)
  • Products returned after the 14-day cancellation period (unless faulty)
  • Products not in their original condition or packaging

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our standard return process.
